Issue a certificate

Examiner tool. After a successful Capstone Defense, issue the achievement here. You’ll get a certificate ID to give the family — they personalize and print it themselves. No child name is ever collected or stored; we keep only the program, the pass date, and a one-way hash of the parent’s email (for recovery). Your examiner key authorizes the issue and is never stored.
